I have some before pictures here to show you, and to be honest, I've been putting off posting them all morning. Because they shocked me so much and I am embarrassed of them. And I am not an easy girl to embarrass! However, the other day over lunch with Carmen, my friend Heather mentioned that she had a before picture of me on her phone that she took at one of my (many) "farewell sweet food" meals immediately pre-liquid diet. I was floored. As we passed the picture around the table, I think we were all amazed. And I have come a long way!
So many of you have shared your befores (often in your underpants!)...and they are my favourite thing (the inspiration they give me, not looking at you guys in your underpants), and so, without further ado, here are my before and now pictures (fully clothed ones). You may gird your loins...NOW:
