HUGE Gain!

When I got my band, I expected to lose weight. What I never in a million years would have ever expected is what I've gained: this group of absolutely remarkable women! The experience of this weekend...what an incredible time, and what an unforgettable birthday! Thank you ladies so much for being even more scrumtralescent in person than you are on your blogs!

The incriminating pictures will follow. And to all the amazing bloggers who couldn't make it this year...I can't wait to see what next year has in store! I can't wait to meet you ALL!!

  10. Hey Gilly, it's old woman Band-Babe here... ;)

Happy 40th!!! (Looks like I'm not the only old girl now!)

Thanks for your help on Thursday... I can't believe I asked a complete stranger... but you're not. It's so awesomely strange how comfortable it was, like we'd all been friends forever.

Enough of the sappy... I do love you... and the next bottle is on me...

  16. Nicely put-- isn't it amazing what we truly gain when we lose. It is like the world gets bigger as we get smaller. Thank goodness for the band-- I feel so fortunate to be in such great company!!

  18. Gillybeane, my sister! I am SO calling you next time I'm going through Pearson, so you can come meet me for a little mini-BOOBs (even if that means you just ride the shuttle with me to Union to catch the Via out to hicksville)!!!
I hope your actual B-day was spectacular, like YOU!
    Miss you already...
    Blessings,

  19. I hate you now. You belong to all these other people more than you belong to me. You're tainted now. Meeting in person is so overrated.
