That right there sums up the major reason I gained weight in college. Late night pizza and Taco Bell after excessive drinking. I haven't had a drink since January when I knew I was going to be banded.
Well I can attest that after drinking a bottle of wine and a couple of double Caesar's on Saturday, the scale hadn't moved. I think I was just retaining water. BTW, the Caesar's didn't taste like they had any alcohol in them but were so good. I counted the two doubles as 5 servings of vegetables. I don't think I will ever be able to give up the vino.

In this instance I think that much more research is need before we should consider it as fact....so until that day.....its just not true ;-)
