...is AWESOME!! I can eat everything, I am sticking to my one cup of food, and I am not hungry!! I have never felt tight, never had anything get stuck ever...but I am not hungry and am easily eating less than 1200/day! Is this it?? Am I in my sweet spot?? Is this what it feels like??
Also...fun NSV: usually when I'm on my laptop, I have the back of it resting on a little table, while the front of it rests on my belly (such a hot image, I know!) Well it's getting harder and harder to get it to rest on my belly, because my belly is getting smaller! Wooo!
Ahhh the sweet spot...izzz magic! YAY!
ReplyDeleteYes yes, that's IT!!! Congratulations girl you have found the enchanted and magical sweet spot! Woot! Enjoy it now because it reserves the right to relocate monthly (sometimes daily!) LOL!!
ReplyDeleteTake me with you to the Sweet Spot...Oh how I long to join everyone there! Congrats of the shrinking belly, too!!

ReplyDeleteAh, the laptop image...makes for an interesting NSV. (I rest the remote on mine.)
ReplyDeleteI asked the Nurse Practitioner why the band loosens after a couple weeks, but then after a while will seems to stay tight longer. She said it's simply that losing weight puts less pressure on all your innerds (she said it more medically).
So yay for the sweet spot but I hope it goes away (because you're shrinking)!
Yay I finally got into your blog...I look forward to following you
